Since March 2019, Vu has joined Digiworld in the "Management Trainee" program. He is also one of the first management trainees from this project.
“I am very excited in journey that Digiworld has set up for MT. After 4 months of fulfilling the objectives to be a talented intern, I was very happy to be appreciated highly and was officially promoted as scheduled. I hope that I can learn and experience more in second stage of training and challenging with another departments.

“Never give up” Journey
Closing second quarter 2019, Minh Hieu gained 219,04% target sales upon the important contract that he had followed half year ago. His story is the journey “never gives up” of D-sales hunter.
He shared that “The tactic helps me fulfill and even exceed KPI of second quarter is always close up customers to scent information quickly and specially never give up until the customers approve. Spending more than 6 months full of certain difficulties to sign the contract, but the most important I still see the light at the end of the tunnel and keep trying".
For the new customers, you must be patient to persuade them. Otherwise the current customers, you need to spend time to take care them heartly to keep sustainable relationship which can maintain the good business mutually.
In addition, open-minded and supportive culture, a lot of activities stimulating salesman are key factors to push up my striving. For example, D-sales Hunter contest quarterly is the motivation to make me like a runner always beyond my limit to conquer the bigger goals.

The result of 2nd quarter is the invaluable merit to me. After surpassing the challenges, difficulties, I’m more confident in dealing with the tough situation. Taking care of customers, building up relation and seeking the projects to approach sales, which make my working day easier and more efficient.
To achieve the such record, I like to say thanks to all my teammates, colleagues in supply chain department, who always support me strongly, especially in duration of my probation that I have to learn more than ever. This is the motivation for Nhan to try harder in the future”.

A silent warrior gives his hands to support team regardless of timing.
Mr Cam Xung is one of the employees in new generation in the supply chain department in the period of relocation of warehouse from district 7 to district 12. He dedicates his heart to work in responsibility and persistence and supports his colleagues to solve problems at the warehouse actively”.
It is the comment from Mr. Xung’s line manager. However being asked about his own story, Xung just smiled nicely and said: "I was employed in time of warehouse relocation from district 7 to district 12. There were high volume of goods being arranged, so it was rather tired to find and withdraw goods for salesmen.
I remember that time, all members of our team had to work over time to meet the requirements, but everyone did their job happily and very hard. Until now, when the system has been operating smoothly and professionally, I still remember the difficult first days in the past to cherish the present more.
We always think that supply chain department is back office, so our priority is support in team and to other departments. If you give help with heart and responsibility, you will receive sound results”.

Ms. Thuy had worked as a Sales Admin for Lenovo for nearly 5 years. Recently, she has taken new challenge and become a Customer Manager for Asus.
When being asked about this bold decision, Ms. Thuy said: “Being a Sales Admin requires me to be meticulousness, hard-working and good at communication. Otherwise, being a salesperson requires a lot of skills in communication, negotiation, ... I have more opportunities to get higher income, widen relationships, and develop myself. I am a perfectionist and also an ambitious person, so I have decided to become a salesperson instead of working at back office.
I know the new position is full of challenges but more interesting. The most obvious challenge is how to gain target in turnover. However, the long-term challenge is how to give customers the best services, to build trust and to keep commitment with company.
A salesperson is the key to connect the company’s products and the customers’s demand. In my opinion, to do well these above, I must clearly define customers’ expectation and need to share right benefits of products.
