Q4/2025 REVENUE OF VND 7.990 BILLION DRIVES DIGIWORLD PAST THE USD 1 BILLION MILESTONE, ACHIEVING 105% OF FULL-YEAR PLAN

Digiworld Corporation (DGW) has announced its business results for the fourth quarter of 2025, recording notable growth figures. Net revenue continued its upward trajectory, reaching VND 7.990 billion, up 36% year-on-year, while profit after tax amounted to VND 160 billion, representing a 14% increase compared to the same period last year.

Q4/2025 also marked a significant milestone in Digiworld’s development journey, as full-year revenue surpassed the USD 1 billion mark for the first time, reaching VND 26.632 billion, up 21% compared to 2024. Along with this, profit after tax reached VND 548 billion, up 24% year-on-year, enabling Digiworld to complete 105% of its full-year revenue and profit targets.

These results reaffirm Digiworld’s pioneering spirit in the market and reflect its strong market expansion capabilities as well as the effective execution of its business strategy. This serves as a solid foundation for the company to maintain sustainable growth momentum and successfully conquer the USD 1 billion revenue milestone.

Growth momentum in Q4/2025 was driven by the simultaneous strong performance of Digiworld’s core business segments, with the following key figures:

  • Laptops and Tablets Segment: Recorded the highest growth rate, with revenue of VND 2.008 billion, surging 76% year-on-year. This performance clearly reflects the strong shift toward AI-integrated devices, catering to the needs of work, learning, and enterprise operations in the context of digital transformation. In addition, higher average selling prices, partly driven by rising RAM prices, also contributed to revenue value growth, demonstrating Digiworld’s ability to effectively leverage market fluctuations in this segment.
  • Mobile Phones Segment: Continued to play a pillar role in the revenue structure as the smartphone market became more vibrant again in Quarter 4. The launch of the iPhone 17, the return of the Motorola brand, and positive business results from Xiaomi helped stimulate consumers’ device upgrade demand. As a result, revenue from this segment reached VND 3.210 billion, up 19% year-on-year, contributing significantly to the company’s overall growth.
  • Office Equipment Segment: Recorded revenue of VND 1.910 billion, up 40% compared to Q4/2024, driven by strong demand for technology infrastructure investment, accelerated digital transformation, and data center development among enterprise customers. Notably, the server product group grew by 79% year-on-year, while the IoT group increased by 17%, continuing to serve as key pillars in the revenue structure.
  • Home Appliances Segment: Maintained impressive growth of 56% compared to Q4/2024, reaching VND 567 billion. This result stemmed from the continuously expanding distribution network, enabling products to reach consumers more effectively, while heightened shopping demand during the year-end peak season also provided a strong boost to sales in this segment.
  • Consumer Goods Segment: Recorded revenue of VND 295 billion, down slightly by 1% year-on-year. Revenue mainly came from personal and household care products of Lion, beverages from AB InBev, and medical nutrition dairy products from Nestlé, maintaining a stable scale and continuing to play a supporting role in Digiworld’s business portfolio.
