DIGIWORLD PARTNERS WITH DEALERS TO ENHANCE DIGITAL CAPABILITIES IN EDUCATION

While many schools are investing in smart classroom systems, they often struggle to utilize them effectively. Digiworld has chosen a different approach: rather than simply supplying technology hardware, the company partners with schools and dealers throughout the entire digital transformation journey.

Digiworld Expands Its Role in the Education Sector

As a long-standing partner of global technology brands, Digiworld is gradually expanding its presence in the education sector. Over the past two years, Digiworld has collaborated with dealers, the entities responsible for project implementation and training, to support more than 15 schools. These include Ninh So, Dan Phuong, Thu Le, Phung Town, Lien Trung, Tan Lap A, Tan Lap B, and Thuong Mo Primary Schools; Ninh So and Ha Hoi Secondary Schools; and the "Developing Digital Capabilities with iPad" pilot projects at Thanh Xuan Trung, Xuan Phuong, and Dai Mo Secondary Schools.

Smart classrooms equipped with modern devices like iPads, Apple TVs, Macs, and digital learning platforms are becoming an increasingly common sight in schools. However, a reality noted by many stakeholders is that, following the initial rollout, many of these classrooms are not being utilized as effectively as expected.

Understanding these challenges, Digiworld aims to go beyond the role of a mere equipment distributor. The company works alongside schools to organize practical training sessions for teachers, ensuring that technology truly becomes an integral part of daily teaching and learning activities. For dealers, the successful implementation of an education project today is measured by more than just handover schedules or equipment quality; true success is gauged by actual usage levels following project completion. Such success stories pave the way for replicating the model and opening doors to long-term collaboration.

Digiworld is driven by a mission to elevate Vietnamese intellect and education through technological advancement. Going beyond basic equipment tutorials, Digiworld’s training programs feature a hands-on, practical approach tailored to real-world classroom scenarios. These sessions cover everything from lesson design and the organization of learning activities to the application of AI for time-saving, student engagement, and maximizing the Apple ecosystem in teaching.

A prime example of these initiatives is the training program conducted at Ninh So Primary School (Hanoi), attended by nearly 30 teachers. Participants learned to leverage iPad features for instruction such as using Freeform for mind mapping, Keynote for creating dynamic lessons, and Books for making comics alongside a variety of interactive in-class learning activities.

Following the program, Ms. Ta Thu Ha, a teacher at Ninh So Primary School, shared: "Before attending Digiworld’s smart classroom training, I thought using iPads would be difficult and require a long time to master. However, the training was highly intuitive and easy to understand, and I feel confident that I can immediately apply what I learned to my teaching." These training sessions serve as a foundation to help teachers overcome their "fear of technology" and gain the confidence to integrate it more effectively into the classroom; this, in turn, maximizes the school's return on investment and fosters sustainable digital transformation.

As digital transformation gains increasing importance, training is no longer merely an add-on service but has become an integral component of infrastructure deployment in educational institutions. Digiworld takes pride in partnering with its dealers to enhance teachers' digital capabilities and advance Vietnamese education toward international standards doing so in an accessible manner through hands-on training sessions and digital learning communities.
