Ho Chi Minh City, December 15, 2020, Digiworld Corporation (Digiworld - “DGW”) approved its Board of Directors resolution on targeted annual revenue and after-tax profit for 2021. Specifically:

• Its expected revenue for 2021 is VND 15,200 billion, a growth by 49% compared to 2020.
• Its expected after-tax profit for 2021 is VND 300 billion, a growth by 49% compared to 2020.

The breakdown of the targets by product is as follows:

• Laptops and Tablets:Digiworld sets its expected revenue for 2021 is VND 5,000 billion, a growth by 59% compared to 2020 plan. For the first nine months of 2020, this segment completed 100% of the revenue target thanks to the growing demand for laptops as the remote work trend during the COVID-19 pandemic and additional revenue from Macbook and iPad.
• Mobile phones:Digiworld sets its expected revenue of this segment for 2021 is VND 7,500 billion, a growth by 55% compared to 2020 plan. In 2020, the mobile phone segment recorded a remarkable growth thanks to the rapid increase in market share of Xiaomi in Vietnam, reaching 12% as of the third quarter of 2020. For 2021, given Xiaomi’s potentially higher market share as targeted by its management, sales revenue from iPhone products from the beginning of the year, especially the recently launched iPhone 12, Digiworld expects to have its targets fulfilled.
• Office equipment: Digiworld sets its expected revenue for 2021 is VND 2,200 billion, a growth by 29% compared to 2020 plan. In 2021, for this segment, Digiworld expects to have a strong growth of IoTs products by Xiaomi, Apple and Huawei as well as the recovery of spending among businesses and organizations.
• Consumer goods: Digiworld targets its revenue for 2021 to be VND 500 billion. From the end of 2020, Digiworld will start to distribute osteoarthritis medicine imported from Italy. According to its plan, in addition to revenue from Nestle products and consumer products, it will obtain additional earnings from this product in 2021.

After Q3, Digiworld expects to have its revenue and after-tax profit in 2020 to reach VND 12,000 billion and 245 billion respectively, exceeding its targets for 2020 by 18% and 21% accordingly.
